Colorado Dream Homes has a complete staff to fully design your Custom Home Plan, or you can choose from one of our Standard Home Plans.  On our Standard Home Plans we offer flexibility and many upgrades and options are available to any home.  Whether you build a Custom plan or a Standard plan we include our signature 12" Thick R-38 Super Insulated Energy Building System at no extra cost per square foot — which saves you 50% in energy cost.  Starting from $110.00 per square foot.

Turn Key Construction

Everything from dirt work to decorating we provide you with a home that all you need is your furniture and personal effects. Each home is built with experienced job supervision, quality materials and craftsmanship.  Leave your construction details to your contractor and staff… enjoy the dream.

We provide all the legal contracts to enable construction to begin. Our trained office staff does it all by obtaining permits, insurance, contracts, subcontracts, and we help homeowners in obtaining association approval. Most Standard Home Plans are completed in 120 working days.  Completion of our Custom Home Plans are quoted by size and design of home.  Fast and Efficient building schedules available year round.
