This is the #1 energy efficient feature of our homes. We surround the exterior walls and floors with 12″ thick insulation. We then add R-49 insulation to all ceilings. This super energy efficient envelope cuts our clients heating costs by over 50% forever. It also allows our clients to orientate their homes in any direction (Toward the north where there are many mountain views) and still maintain their energy efficiency. It also provides quiet comfort.

This water heater saves you real money. No need for a holding tank or pilot light that keeps the water hot whether you are using it or not. This unit only heats the water as it flows through the heater and shuts off completely when you’re not using it. The units we install are powerful enough to run two showers simultaneously.
